Shipping Policy

📦 Shipping Policy — Holiday Edition

Last Updated: November 17, 2025

At Opal and Snow, we work hard to deliver your order as quickly and smoothly as possible — especially during our busiest time of year. Below is everything you need to know about processing, shipping, and seasonal expectations.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Processing occurs Monday–Friday (excluding holidays).
Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST begin processing the next business day.

During peak holiday events (Black Friday → Christmas), processing times may extend slightly due to increased volume.

Shipping Times

We ship directly from our partnered fulfillment centers to ensure fast, reliable delivery.

Estimated shipping times after your order has been processed:

  • United States & Canada: 7–14 business days

  • UK & Europe: 9–14 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 9–14 business days

  • Rest of World: 9–14 business days

Total Estimated Delivery Time:
9–15 business days (processing + shipping combined)

Please note: Holidays, customs, and carrier delays may extend delivery times — this is normal during BFCM, Christmas, and high-volume seasons.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on:

  • Your location

  • Order weight

  • Selected shipping method

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

If your tracking shows “in transit,” “on the way,” or “delayed,” it means your package is still moving through the carrier network — especially common during November–December.

Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes based on your country’s regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs inspections may also cause short delays.

Holiday & Seasonal Delays (Important)

Black Friday and Christmas are the busiest shipping periods of the year worldwide. Carriers often experience:

  • Increased volume

  • Weather disruptions

  • Customs slowdowns

  • Port congestion

  • Sorting facility backlogs

If your order is taking longer than expected, it’s almost always due to seasonal carrier delays — not an issue with your order.

If you’ve received a tracking number, your package has already been shipped and is on its way.

We truly appreciate your patience during this time — we’re a small, family-owned brand doing everything we can to deliver quickly and reliably.

Missing or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed, please allow a reasonable amount of time for carriers to update tracking — this is especially common during holiday surges.

If tracking has not updated for 10+ business days, please contact us and we’ll assist you.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

Please double-check your address at checkout.
Orders that ship to an incorrect customer-provided address are not eligible for free replacements.
